Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Quote and reorder forms: your name, organization or department, email, phone number, customer type, patch details (size, quantity, backing, lettering, notes), past order or invoice numbers, and any design file or photo you upload.
• Email, phone, text, fax, and mail: whatever you include when you contact us directly.

We don't ask for payment card details on this website.

How We Use It

We use your information to answer your request, prepare your quote, make and ship your order, and look up your patch when you reorder. We do not sell your information.

Who Else Handles It

A few service providers handle information on our behalf, only to run this website and deliver your messages to us:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers our quote and reorder forms to our inbox. It runs the “not a robot” check you see after clicking Send, keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days, and does not keep uploaded files.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
• Our email provider stores the messages and form submissions we receive.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text Messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and popular pages without cookies and without identifying you. Because we don't track you across other websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests, reorder requests, and the files that come with them are kept with our order records, so we can quote and reproduce your patch accurately when you reorder.

Your Choices

To ask what information we have about you, or to correct it, email [email protected] or call 800-543-5441.

Children

This website is meant for departments, organizations, and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
